We stick with the project when it gets tough — and we’ve finished work other vendors walked away from. Our largest engagement supports the identity lifecycle for 800,000+ accounts at the University of Queensland across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, LDAP, Okta, and Duo — built in 2016 and supported ever since: a decade of 100% uptime, zero downtime. We’re not an AI consultancy with identity bolted on — the order matters. We’re the specialist you call when the unglamorous infrastructure work has to be right.
